ABS + HIIT Workout As per requested from my follower, wanted to know the best workout to get rid off the ‘Belly Fat’ or our beloved tyre 😅. . It can be many kinds of workout to focus any parts of our body, but it all depends on your determination and commitment to do it consistently and be discipline. This workout I’ve mixed a bit of total body HIIT with more focus on the core workout: G1 -Crunch -PushUp,side rotation G2 -V Crunch -Jumping Squat G3 -Russian Twist -High Knees G4 -Criss Cross Crunch -Jumping Jack . 20sec Abs 10sec upper/lower body 2 rounds each sets, 30 sec break after 2 rounds Do it for 2 sets total.
